Mileage Log Preview

Before you become a registered Beta Tester and install the app, you can preview the current version of the Mileage Log online.

Mileage Log Preview is a fully functional, live version of the application that allows you to experience nearly everything Mileage Log has to offer before deciding to become a Beta Tester.

You can explore the interface, enter trip information, generate reports, and see how the application fits into your daily workflow—all without creating an account or making a commitment. We believe the best way to evaluate Mileage Log is by actually using it.

To protect the integrity of your records, Preview mode does not permanently save your data. This allows anyone to explore the application without accumulating long-term driving records or depending on software that is still under active development.

When you’re ready to begin using Mileage Log as part of your business, you can enroll in the Beta Tester Program. Once enrolled, your data can be saved locally on your device, allowing you to build a permanent mileage history while continuing to help shape future versions of the application.

As a Beta Tester, you’ll receive early access to new features, improvements, and updates before they’re released to the public. More importantly, your feedback will directly influence the evolution of Mileage Log.

Every suggestion, feature request, and bug report helps us build a better Driver Operations Platform—one designed to help independent drivers protect their income, maintain their vehicles, and keep more of what they earn.

Mileage Log Beta Test

As a registered Beta Tester, you will receive updates that include new features and bug fixes. You will also receive advance information about features planned for future releases and have the opportunity to help shape the software’s development.

During the Beta Test period, Beta Testers agree to complete a short questionnaire once or twice each month and will receive priority access to support.

If this software is released to the public, public users will pay a monthly subscription fee. Registered Beta Testers, however, will be eligible for lifetime use of the final public release for a one-time fee of $40, including all future software updates.

The public release may also incorporate optional hardware. The $40 one-time software purchase does not include the cost of hardware. However, registered Beta Testers will receive substantial discounts—up to 85%—on future hardware offerings and will never be charged an additional software subscription fee.

Beta Tester benefits and software-use rights are personal and nontransferable.

To become a registered Beta Tester complete the short registration form below providing your name, email address, a telephone number capable of receiving text messages, and the name of the person who shared this software with you.

Beta Tester registration will close after 50 people have registered. Anyone who registers after all seats have been filled will be placed on a waitlist until additional seats become available. Waitlisted individuals who are not elevated to Beta Tester status when the Beta Test program ends will be eligible for lifetime use of the final public release for a one-time fee of $60, including all future software updates.

For 2026, the IRS standard mileage rate is 72.5¢ per deductible business mile. Every qualifying mile you record reduces your taxable business income. In other words, the more legitimate deductible miles you document, the lower your taxable income may be—potentially reducing the amount of tax you owe while increasing your overall profitability.❇︎
